The holiday apartment is on the 6th and therefore the top floor right by the sea. A lift is available. It also has its own beach area with two sun loungers, a sun bed and a parasol.

There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby.

It is equipped with a refrigerator (including a small freezer compartment), stove with oven and a Nespresso machine. Crockery, cutlery, other kitchen utensils and a minimal basic set of spices/oil are available.

The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and one with two bunk beds (four single beds). The living room with sofa and dining table leads to the surrounding large terrace (including tables, chairs and loungers) with a view of the sea and the Dolomites. 

The apartment has its own lockable garage space (ceiling height approx. 190cm). It can be found when entering through the garage door to the right of the main entrance after turning left twice. Direct access from the garage into the house is possible via stairs.

You have to bring your own towels and bed linen, as well as kitchen towels.

The holiday apartment can be booked by family and friends directly with Stefan. The keys are handed over by mutual agreement.

The costs are CHF 100 per night (in July and August CHF 130). There is also a one-time cleaning fee of CHF 60.
